The Florida Citrus Show, formerly the Indian River Citrus Seminar, is dedicated to offering ALL Florida citrus growers the latest information on new production techniques, industry trends and sample new varieties. University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences
The University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) www.ifas.ufl.edu is a federal-state-county partnership dedicated to developing knowledge in agriculture, human and natural resources, and the life sciences and enhancing and sustaining the quality of human life by making that information available. While extending into every community in the state, UF/IFAS has developed an international reputation for its accomplishments in teaching, research and extension.

Indian River Citrus League
Founded in 1931, the Indian River Citrus League is comprised of 1,200 grower members, 42-affiliated packinghouses situated in a six-county region on the east coast of Florida, stretching from Daytona Beach to West Palm Beach. The League members own 210,000 acres and create a two billion dollar economy in the region. The League's responsibilities have expanded from the original purpose of "protecting and enhancing the Indian River name" to include a responsibility of voicing members' opinions at all industry meetings, governmental agencies, as well as state and federal legislatures. A strong focus is also placed on citrus research, quality and creating markets domestically and internationally.
